Lease Rebate Program
Signature MIA offers a cash rebate program for qualifying lease transactions. This rebate is paid by Signature MIA from our commission and does not affect your lease terms or rental price.
Rebate Tiers
- • $200 rebate: Leases over $2,500/month
- • $300 rebate: Leases over $3,000/month
- • $400 rebate: Leases over $3,500/month
- • $500 rebate: Leases over $4,000/month
Eligibility Requirements
- • Lease must be for 12 months or longer
- • Lease must be signed through Signature MIA
- • You must move in and provide proof of residency
- • Rebate is paid within 30 days of move-in
This rebate program may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion. Rebates are subject to applicable taxes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature MIA and GuildStone Group LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party actions or content
- Technical failures or service interruptions
- Errors or omissions in property information or market data
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
